Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@serenedepot.com.

30 Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.

To be eligible for a return items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags and accessories

Our support team will assist you throughout the process.

Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products

There is no cost to the customer if the product:

  • Is incorrect
  • Is damaged by the carrier
  • Is defective in any way

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost if:

  • The wrong item was ordered
  • The item does not fit
  • The item is no longer wanted

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@serenedepot.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Pack Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging including all accessories, tags and documents.

Step 3: Send It Back
Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Timing: After approval your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color or product please contact us at info@serenedepot.com and we will assist you with a quick exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons some items are not eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
