Delivery Times

Below are our estimated delivery timelines:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add one extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit Time: 6 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, including delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are here to assist you and help ensure your order arrives safely.

A package may be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 8 business days after the estimated delivery window. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at info@serenedepot.com with your order number.
